SPINACH DIP

Ingredients:

1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
-
1 or 2 green onions, chopped

1 stalk chopped celery
-
1 can thinly sliced water chestnuts, chopped

1 cup sour cream
-
1 cup mayonnaise
-
1 package dry vegetable soup mix
-
1 dash garlic
-
1 dash lemon pepper

Preparation:

Thaw the frozen spinach and drain excess water. Place in a mixing bowl.

Chop onions, celery and water chestnuts. Add to spinach.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Chill for 2 hours before serving.
​
NOTE: This spinach dip is great with either Hawaiian bread or tortilla chips.
