Here at Briar Creek Farm, we are very excited to announce that we are planning for the 2019 - 2020 breeding season! We are evaluating several factors when considering this year's pairings of our does and bucks. Coloring, composition, etc. are important factors to take into account when desiring quality doelings and bucklings come springtime. Note that this has been a treat in determining as all but two of the bucks are new, young stock. As it stands now, we have determined the following will be paired:

Registered Nubians: Thunder and Molly
Sire: Briar Creek Farm Thunder
Dam: Lucky Lovings Molly (84 VV++ in 2019 as a first freshener)
Though noted as 75% Nubian on her ADGA registration as her dam's sire was unregistered, Molly is actually 100% Nubian. She looks very intriguing with her unusual appearance - strawberry roan and moon spots. I think she will make for a great pairing with Briar Creek Farm Thunder and his moonspots!
Registered Nubians: Eclipse and Koko
Sire: Lucky Lovings Lunar Eclipse
Dam: Lucky Lovings Koko (78 +VVF in 2019 as a first freshener)
Briar Creek Farm's Koko and Eclipse are surely a winning breeding pair. Just look at Koko's coloring of dark red with moonspots and Eclipe's dark brown and even darker moon spots. I think this pairing is "spot" on. I can't wait to see the outcome on this one.

Dam: Lucky Lovings Bambi ( 81 V++A in 2019 as a first freshener)
We are over the moon with these two Nubians! We anticipate that the combination of colors and familial traits of each will produce a winning pair. Bambi is tan and moon-spotted all over, while Eclipse is dark brown with even darker moonspots. However, clip him for an ADGA goat show, and his body turns black and white!
Registered Nigerian Dwarfs: Pinto and Little Rock

Dam: Ranch of Rohan Euphrates (a/k/a Little Rock) (83 +++V in 2019 as a first freshener) (Polled)
Though this duo is tri-colored, their genetics resulted in a black and white buckling during the 2018 - 2019 breeding season. Briar Creek Farm Little River picked up excellent traits from his sire and dam, including the fact that he is polled! We hope to repeat this result during this year's breeding / kidding cycle, but this time ending with at least one doeling.

What an amazing result during the 2018 - 2018 breeding / kidding season! This pairing gave us a beautiful blonde and white bucking with an amazing personality and an even better conformation. He was so nice, we decided to retain him! We will be using Briar Creek Farm Turbo Springs this to breed with Willow!

I'm pairing Gypsy's sweet disposition, along with her beautiful brown dorsal stripe and skirt with Gizmo's black dorsal stripe and sky blue eyes! Note that both Myotonic goats are rated as "Certified Premium" through their registration with International Fainting Goat Association. They are also registered with the Myotonic Goat Registry.
